Subject: Application No. 88371438 UNITED PREMIUM PLUS
Application No. 88371438 UNITED PREMIUM PLUS
FOR:
Transportation of persons and property by air
INT. CLASS 039 (U.S. CLASSES 100 and 105)
Mr. Chinlund
The only issue in the application is that the word “premium” must be disclaimed apart from the mark as a whole because it is laudatory, or descriptive of the services.
If this is acceptable, I will enter the disclaimer by an examiner’s amendment and then forward the application to publication.
If you prefer, I can issue a priority office action or an office action
Thank you and I look forward to your reply
