not cause any confusion. This trademark is specifically for my logo protection. I already own a LIVE trademark for the name 'Hook' in Class 42 - US Serial Number: 87731354 Therefore, I own the
trademark already for the class under 'Hook' and any other trademarks that contain the word 'Hook' are irrelevant. This trademark is to protect my logo as stated. I'm not sure where the confusion
will come with CLICKHOOK or any of the other trademarks outside of the relevant class. |
