Dear Xheneta: Thank you for sending this. We agree with your recommendation for both of these pending applications:
Applicant has clarified its entity type for the record by specifying that it is a “corporation.”
Thank you for handling this via Examiner’s Amendment and let me know if any additional questions.

Dear Attorney Cason:
We just discussed the above-referenced applications over the phone. As I stated earlier, for the most part, the applications look great. There is one minor issue, but I can resolve it on my end, by way of Examiner’s Amendment – I just need your permission to do so.
Legal Entity Type Clarification
If Applicant’s correct legal entity type is in fact a “corporation,” I propose that we correct this by entering the following statement into the record, for both applications:
Applicant has clarified its entity type for the record by specifying that it is a “corporation.”
Do I have your permission to enter the suggested changes by way of Examiner’s Amendment? If you agree to the above amendments, I can enter the changes on our system and approve the applications for publication.
Please let me know, by phone or email, by the end of the day on Monday, if you agree to allow me to correct the above, or if you have any questions about the applications.
SIDE NOTE: I noticed that Applicant’s Serial Nos. 88274831, 88198669, and 88161478 for similar STAINMASTER marks may need a similar correction. Of particular help is the explanation in Serial No. 88007924 for a different mark owned by Applicant. Please note that these applications are being handled by other examining attorneys and that I do not have jurisdiction over them.
I look forward to hearing from you!
Best regards,
Xheneta
