Subject: Trademark Application Serial No. 88366299 (EFUSION)
[EXTERNAL E-MAIL]
Good morning,
I’m contacting you regarding Trademark Application Serial No. 88366299 for the mark “EFUSION”. The application is in very good shape, and there was just one remaining issue with the identification of services that I think we can address via email/an examiner’s amendment. Specifically, the wording “providing temporary use of online non-downloadable software, namely…software for education in the nature of online videos and information for providers and patients in the field of value-based care” must specify the function of the software in relation to the videos and information (such as viewing online videos and viewing information for providers and patients).
Below is a suggested amendment to the identification of services that would address the issue (changes in bold):
International Class 42: providing temporary use of online non-downloadable software, namely, software for care management, cost management, administration of value-based care initiatives, software for payment data collection, reporting, and analysis, software for education in the nature of software for viewing online videos and viewing information for providers and patients in the field of value-based care, software for aggregating and displaying research data, and software for performing data analytics in the field of healthcare
Please let me know if the suggested identification changes are agreeable – if so, I would be happy to make the changes for you via an examiner’s amendment. If you could please reply by Wednesday, January 8th at 5pm Eastern Time, I would very much appreciate it. If I don’t hear from you by that time, I’ll go ahead and issue the Office action, but I hope to hear from you soon. If you’d prefer to reply via phone, I can be reached at 571-272-4031.
Best regards,
Jessica L. Hilliard
