The above case is subject to a disclaimer requirement of “TECHNOLOGY” and the following mark description is suggested as it’s more concise:
The mark consists of the letter “T” with a superscript “2” inside an incomplete circle formed by an arrow, which is partially circumscribed by a concentric incomplete circle formed by another arrow, with the wording “TECHNOLOGY” aligned with the lower right side of the outer arrow.
