Overall, your applications look great. However, we must resolve a few issues before I can approve your marks. Please see my comments below for each application.

Issue #1: Amending the ID to avoid indefinite language and comply with Office policy.
Issue #2: Consent from Randy Keith Orton to register his initials as a trademark with the PTO.
Proposed Action: Examiner’s Amendment/Priority Action APPLICANT’S RESPONSE: I consent to your proposed amendment.
Examiner’s Amendment with the following amendment/statement:
“Clothing, namely, tops, shirts, jackets, sweatshirts and hoodies; outerwear, namely, coats; bottoms as clothing, pants, shorts, underwear, dresses, pajamas, lingerie, ties as clothing, scarves, gloves and swimwear; Halloween and masquerade costumes; footwear, namely, shoes, sneakers, slippers, flip flops and boots; headwear, namely, hats and caps; wrist bands as clothing; bandanas”, in International Class 25.; and
The initials “RKO” identify Randy Keith Orton, a living individual whose consent is of record.
Priority Action: Requiring a written consent from Randy Keith Orton, as follows: “I, Randy Keith Orton, consent to the use and registration of my initials, RKO, as a trademark and/or service mark with the USPTO.” (this one-liner is sufficient) - APPLICANT’S RESPONSE: I will get the consent.
Upon resolving these issues, I will immediately approve the marks. I look forward to receiving your instructions by May 21st.
