Hi Sherri,

I am the examining attorney assigned to review the trademark application that you filed for the mark EVO LIVE.  The only issue is that the following disclaimer statement must be made of record before your mark can be approved for publication:  No claim is made to the exclusive right to use “LIVE" apart from the mark as shown.  This is required because the applicant provides facilities for live performances.

 

I can resolve this for you, by issuing an examiner’s amendment if you email me back authorizing me to do so.  Please get back to me at your earliest convenience.
