registered Elysee marks are for shoes, jewelry and skincare. Bridal gowns are a specialty item sold only at bridal boutiques. Bridal boutiques sell only bridal gowns and do not sell any other
products. They do not sell shoes, jewelry or skincare. While both bridal gowns and shoes, jewelry and skincare are things that people wear on their body or put on their body, the similarity ends
there. The retail distribution channels are completely different. If you still intend to reject Elysee registration, would we be able to amend the mark being registered to Elysee Bridal? Would you
