I have examined the above referenced Trademark Application and there are just a couple of issues that must be addressed.
- A disclaimer of the wording TACO is required
- The identification of goods must be amended to specify the exact nature of the goods by changing the wording ‘featuring’ to ‘namely.’ The following would be acceptable, if accurate:
Kitchen serving utensils and dishes, namely, taco spoons, single taco holders, multiple taco holders, taco carousels, taco party bowls, and taco serving platters
