I am the examining attorney in the above referenced trademark application. There is one issue that requires resolution.

 

Specifically, the mark description requires amendment in order to remove references to color and match the mark as it appears in the mark drawing. The following is suggested:

 

The mark consists of a stylized shield design inside of which is the stylized lettering “IS”, below which is the stylized wording “I SERVED”. Along the top of the shield are five stars and behind the shield are two crossed swords with handles at top of shield.

 

Upon your authorization, I would be happy to issue an Examiner’s Amendment to expedite processing of the application. If you have any questions, feel free to email me or call at 571-272-6040. I look forward to your response.
