Section 1051(a), as amended. The mark was first used at least as early as 04/26/2018 and first used in commerce at least as early as 04/26/2018 , and is now in use in such commerce.

Description of mark
The mark consists of a black and white human skull wearing a black and white shaded top hat. The top hat features a white circular shape with black outlining with the black and white letters "NE" with black outlining within it the circle. The "N" is located at the upper left side of the "E". A red shading forms around the perimeter of the left half of the circle with black outlining. Dotted black lines emerge from the skull and hat in all directions.
