Amendment to Identification of Goods: The identification of goods is amended to read as follows:

Amendment to the Description of Mark: The following description of the mark replaces the current description of record:
The mark consists of a shaded circle with a solid border. Inside the top portion of the border is the text “DOUBLE PROTECTION LAYER” with a shaded and stylized “M” on the left and a shaded and stylized “W” on the right, and inside the bottom portion of the border is the text “FLAME MITIGATION DEVICE”, a diamond, and the text “VAPOR LOCKING SPOUT”. Inside the circle is a shield with the text “FLAME SHIELD” in large font above the text “SAFETY SYSTEM” in smaller font. The top middle of the shield has a solid circle with a border containing a stylized “M” above a stylized “W”. The shield casts a shadow to the right side of the circle.
