ARGUMENT(S)
Applicant attempted to register the mark for Grocery supplies, and did not select an International Class.  This was interpreted to include food items.  The Examiner cited the registrations for EGGS ASAP (for raw and hard cooked eggs) against Applicant's mark.  The Applicant does not sell any food items; his Grocery supplies are in the nature of supplies for grocery stores such as floor cleaners and strippers, de-greasers, waxes, glass cleaners, air freshener dispensers, brooms, mops, handles and pads, etc.  After more specifically identifying the Grocery supplies of the Applicant, there should be no likelihood of confusion with the cited marks.
