APPLICATION HAS BEEN AMENDED:  In accordance with the authorization granted by DAVID A. BELASCO on June 11, 2019, the trademark examining attorney has amended the application as indicated below.  Please advise the undersigned immediately of any objections.  Otherwise, no response is necessary.  TMEP §707.  Any amendments to the identification of goods and/or services may clarify or limit the goods and/or services, but may not add to or broaden the scope of the goods and/or services.  37 C.F.R. §2.71(a); see TMEP §§1402.06 et seq.

 

 

With this Examiner’s Amendment, all refusals and/or requirements have been satisfied, withdrawn and/or obviated.  As discussed, due to the technical glitch, a refund of the fee for two classes will be provided.

 

AMENDED IDENTIFICATION OF GOODS AND SERVICES

 

The identification of goods and services is amended to read as follows: 

 

Class 3:

 

Janitorial supplies, namely, all-purpose cleaning preparations, floor cleaning preparations and floor strippers in the nature of floor wax removers, de-greasing preparations for household purposes, laundry detergents, floor waxes and glass cleaners; non-medicated hand soaps

 

Class 5:

 

Hand sanitizing preparations, toilet bowl cleaners, antibacterial hand soaps 

 

Class 16:

 

Plastic and cardboard packaging, namely, paper carryout bags, plastic carryout bags, plastic trash bags, paper food containers, plastic bubble wrap for packaging, butcher paper, plastic wrap, cardboard packaging material, absorbent pads of paper and cellulose for use in food packaging, toilet seat cover paper and toilet tissue

 

Class 21:

 

Grocery supplies, namely, plastic plates and bowls, soap dispensers, empty spray bottles, drinking straws, insulating sleeve holder for beverage cups, brooms, mops, broom and mop handles, non-mechanized boot scrubber in the nature of brushes mounted on a frame
