APPLICATION HAS BEEN AMENDED: In accordance with the authorization granted by DAVID A. BELASCO on June 11, 2019, the trademark examining attorney has amended the application as indicated below. With this Examiner’s Amendment, all refusals and/or requirements have been satisfied, withdrawn and/or obviated. As discussed, due to the technical glitch, a refund of the fee for two classes will be provided.
