Hi Mike,
I am checking in on our conversation on Monday about the STRENGTH IS NEVER A WEAKNESS application. As I mentioned, “compression sleeves” are in Class 10. Amending the ID to both classes would look like this:
Class 10: Compression sleeves for use in weightlifting, bench pressing and powerlifting
Class 28: Physical fitness equipment, namely, straps, wraps, and bands for arms, knees, chest, and back for use in weightlifting, bench pressing and powerlifting
If your client wants to just delete “compression sleeves”, I can do that with an Examiner’s Amendment. If your client would like to add Class 10, I can issue a Priority Action.
Could you let me know by tomorrow, Friday June 7th? Feel free to call or email with any questions.
Thank you,
/Alina Morris/
