| My trademark got refused due to it being similar to the U.S trademark Cursor, My trademark sells different items and mark is completely different.
My mark is red white and blue and font is different that the US trademark. Iam not limited to just the items i described that i sell thats why i stated ETC. I then took out the etc because i thought
it would be better to just state items i sold. I have explained the differences thoroughly in my last office action. I do not believe the two trademarks will get confused. |
