In response to the substantive refusal(s), please note the following:

Applicant respectfully submits that there is no likelihood of confusion. Applicant hereby attaches its consent agreement with the owner of the cited mark that explains the meaningful differences in the marks and how both parties believe there is no likelihood of confusion. With regard to the identification of smoking sticks, Applicant states that this is a sufficiently definite identification. The word "cigarettes" and other similar language have specific definitions, and Applicant's smoking stick products are different products.
