Hello Mr. Nelson,

I am the examining attorney reviewing this application.  I am emailing to obtain your authorization to enter an examiner’s amendment reflecting the following change:

-          Deletion of Class 37. The specimens are not acceptable for the services in Class 37. While there are references to software maintenance and OS updating, there is no mention of repair services for computer hardware.

I know this is short notice, but I will send out an Office action if I don’t hear from you. If you are able to authorize the deletion, please simply reply to this email and I will confirm the change with a letter and then approve the application.  You also may call me at the number below if you wish to discuss.

If you are unable to submit your authorization at this time, please kindly reply and acknowledge your receipt of this email so that I may proceed accordingly with an Office action.

Thank you and have a good day,

Kevin
