Without waiving its right to produce more thorough arguments if needed, Applicant respectfully requests that the present application be suspended, pending a resolution in Cancellation Proceeding No. 92070294. Applicant has a good faith belief that the results of that proceeding, against Registration No. 4437103 which was adversely cited against the present application, will fully determine and resolve the examining attorney's concerns that the present application may cause a likelihood of confusion with U.S. Registration No. 4437103.
