Applicant responds that the instant mark had been assigned to a new owner prior to the filing of the last extension request, but the instant mark was mistakenly left off the Notice of Recordation filed on January 6, 2020.  See attached.  Applicant has filed a second Notice of Recordation on February 6, 2020 that includes the instant mark, but Applicant has not yet received the confirmation for that second Notice of Recordation.
