I am contacting you concerning the Dec. 4, 2019 office action issued against the above-mentioned application.  I am the attorney of record for the application.

 

The sole issue raised in the office action is that the goods in Int’l Cl. 9 are indefinite.  To resolve the issue, I request that you issue an examiner’s amendment revising the goods in that class to read as follows (new language underlined):
