I have reviewed the referenced trademark application and I just need to clarify the Section 2(f) claim. Given the nature of the mark, the 2(f) claim should be as to the entire mark, still with the disclaimer as to ACADEMIA CRISTIANA, not a 2(f) in part.
With your authorization, I can make this amendment and clarification myself, confirm by sending an Examiner’s Amendment, and move the application along.
