Dear Christopher R. Putt,

 

I was preparing the mark THOR INDUSTRIES in Trademark Application Serial No. 88337706 for suspension when I noticed a new issue which had not been previously raised.  The mark description omits the wording in the mark.  With you approval I’d like to amend the mark description to read “The mark consists of a stylized roadway, stylized mountain peaks, and a circle suggestive of the sun or moon framed by four lines at right angles substantially in the form of a square next to the words “THOR Industries”.

 

If this is acceptable let me know and I will enter in the change via an examiner’s amendment prior to suspension.
