Good afternoon Marinda Cooper:

I am the examining attorney in the above referenced trademark application.  In this instant, there is one issue that requires resolution.  Specifically, the Identification of Goods must be amended to encompass an acceptable ID because “computer software application” may identify goods under International Class 9 when the computer software is “downloadable” or “recorded,” as well as identify services under International Class 42 when providing on-line non-downloadable computer software application.

The following ID is proposed and may be adopted:

Downloadable computer software application using telephone print and voice recognition technology to authenticate customer identity when accessing financial records and accounts

Upon your authorization, I will be happy to issue an Examiner’s Amendment to expedite the processing of this application. Please reply by May 7, 2019.

I look forward to your reply.

Best Regards,

G. Iñaki Liñero Guarda, Esq.
