Subject: report the unethical operation of my trademark ROOR

 

Dear Sir/Madam，

 

Hope this email finds you well. 

 

I am Kangyi Li, the president of the company Guangzhoushi Two Five Eight Trade Co., Ltd. who is the owner of the pending trademark ROOR with the application no.88335371.

 

Recently i found that the owner of my trademark has been changed into Zhang Cailan which i have nothing information about her. At the same time, i noticed that the attorney named Andrew Morabito was not authorized by my side but responded the office action on behalf of me. I am writing to report this unethical operation and i am believing that USPTO should absolutely not allow such kind of things happen.

 

The purpose to write this email is to require keeping our company Guangzhoushi Two Five Eight Trade Co., Ltd. as the owner of the trademark as before. All of the operation did before was not authorized by my side and we have nothing about the before operation. At the same time, hope USPTO can give me a reason why the attorney Andrew Morabito can do suce an operation without the owner's authorization.
