DATABASE SEARCH:  The trademark examining attorney has searched the USPTO’s database of registered and pending marks and has found no conflicting marks that would bar registration under Trademark Act Section 2(d).  TMEP §704.02; see 15 U.S.C. §1052(d).

 

APPLICATION HAS BEEN AMENDED:  In accordance with the authorization granted by Scott Kokka on May 21, 2019, the trademark examining attorney has amended the application as indicated below.  Please advise the undersigned immediately of any objections.  Otherwise, no response is necessary.  TMEP §707.  Any amendments to the identification of goods and/or services may clarify or limit the goods and/or services, but may not add to or broaden the scope of the goods and/or services.  37 C.F.R. §2.71(a); see TMEP §§1402.06 et seq.

 

Amendment of Recitation of Services

 

The recitation of services is amended to read as follows: 

 

“Online media monitoring services to collect and analyze online social media data, content and information for marketing, advertising, branding and business purposes; Market research and analysis services, namely, the provision of online social media monitoring and analysis services; Consulting services in the field of online social media monitoring and analysis for business or commercial purposes; Business management services, namely, providing information, data asset and brand management services; Providing business information services in the fields of brand measurement, advertising effectiveness and public opinion monitoring; Providing business information in the field of online social media; Business consultation services, namely, social media strategy, managing and enhancing customer care through social interactions and managing and enhancing customer relationship management; Business monitoring services, namely, tracking web sites of others to provide a rating service which rates individual users online activity in order to gauge their influence for advertising and marketing purposes; Social media management services, namely, providing social media tracking and analysis for business management and marketing management purposes; Providing advertising and marketing consulting in the field of social media” in International Class 35.  See TMEP §§1402.01, 1402.01(e).
