Dear Examiner Bednarz,
I apologize for my oversight. Thank you for your email correspondence below.
The mark “YBM” has no significance in the summer camp and/or education trade or industry or as applied to applicant’s goods and/or services (e.g. a nickname of applicant).
Please let me know if there is anything further that needs to be addressed.
Respectfully submitted,/s/ John L. Ambrogi

Subject: 88334364 - YBM
Attorney Ambrogi:
I am contacting you regarding your client Keifer Sykes’s application to register the mark 88334364 – YBM with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. I received your recent response addressing the identification of services requirement, however, the response did not address the inquiry regarding the wording in the mark. Specifically, the inquiry seeks to determine whether the letters in the mark “YBM” have any significance in the summer camp and/or education trade or industry or as applied to applicant’s goods and/or services (e.g. a nickname of applicant). Please clarify these issues for the application record, and then I may proceed with prosecution of this application.
Please respond by close of business on Monday June 24, 2019 if you wish to proceed via Examiner’s Amendment, if necessary. Otherwise I will have to address this issue via a Final Office Action.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me via e-mail or at the phone number below.
Regards,
/Dustin Bednarz/
