Subject: Trademark Application Serial No. 88332659 AAAA
Mr. Tucker,
I am the trademark examining attorney for trademark application Serial No. 88332659 AAAA. The application included an unnecessary Section 2(f) acquired distinctiveness claim. The mark appears to be inherently distinctive and is eligible for registration on the Principal Register, without proof of acquired distinctiveness. If agreeable, I can remove the Section 2(f) claim via an Examiner’s Amendment and move the application forward. Please let me know if you are in agreement with the withdrawal of the Section 2(f) claim.
Also, I am assigned a few other co-pending applications by applicant, so with the matters that can be handled informally, I will try to expedite the process by emailing you to resolve those matters. Thank you!
Sincerely,
Michelle Ribaudo, Esq.
