[EXTERNAL EMAIL]
This email is intended for Carla B. Oakley, as counsel for Pypestream, Inc., or any other authorized party. In reference to the following Trademark Application:
United States Trademark Application Serial No. 88332136
Good afternoon,
I am the examining attorney assigned to the above-referenced file. I have reviewed the response to Office action November 13, 2019 and have decided to withdrawal the refusal however there is still 1 issue preventing the application from being approved, but with your authorization, this issue can be resolved by email.
Specifically, the identification of goods while definite requires further clarification of the services to assist examining attorney’s in evaluating a likelihood of confusion. The following amendments are suggested if accurate.
Class 42: Software as a service (SAAS) services featuring computer software for responding to customers' and users' questions and requests for assistance with third-party cloud-based software services, websites and mobile applications via an interactive chat tool
With your authorization, I would be happy to enter the suggested change through an examiner’s amendment for you today so that the application may proceed. If you would like for me to make the suggested change, please reply to this email with “OK” by 5PM EST Wednesday January 29, 2020.
Please let me know by phone or email if you have any questions about the application. Thank you so much for your prompt cooperation!
Best regards,
Melanie Singer
