Changed TRADEUPS to:Hi Laura,
Thank you for following-up with me as I meant to respond to you sooner.
Looking over the ID again, I agree the “mobile storage carts” is sufficiently definite. I’ll go ahead and approve 88331961 for publication. I will look out for the response to only the disclaimer requirement in Serial No. 88331948.
I hope you find this helpful. Thank you for your patience in my response.
Kind regards,
Jeanie

Subject: Applications 88331961 and 88331948
Hi Jeanie,
I represent Milwaukee Electric Tool Corporation. I’m writing about the office actions issued in connection with 88331961 and 88331948 wherein you asked the applicant to more specifically identify its “mobile storage carts” in Class 12. I think they are sufficiently definite (and even more definite than necessary) as is because “carts” and “trolleys [mobile carts]” are identified as acceptable Class 12 goods descriptions in the ID manual (screen shots below). Please let me know if you disagree.
I can file formal responses if you’d like, as I know we also need to make a 2(f) claim for 88331948.
Thanks,
Laura
