ARGUMENT(S)
In response to the substantive refusal(s), please note the following:

This Response addresses the Office Action issued on May 24, 2019, in the above-identified application filed by Slick Golf, LLC (hereinafter "Applicant"). In the Office Action, the Examining Attorney has refused registration of the present application based on a likelihood of confusion with Registration No. 3,008,675 for "SLICK DUDS" in class 25 for "shirts, hats, sweatshirts, jackets, pants, sweatpants, gloves, shoes and underwear." As shown in the attached Consent Agreement, the owner of the cited mark consents to the registration of Applicant's applied for mark. In light of this, Applicant respectfully submits that the citation of Registration No. 3,008,675 should be withdrawn and the present application passed to publication.
