Per the voicemail I left for you today, I am the government attorney who is reviewing your trademark. Before I can approve it, however, regarding the wording “THE MOSQUITO”, you are free to use that wording, but you cannot tell others they cannot use it. Therefore, a disclaimer statement (that’s what it’s called) needs to be included in the record to that effect. Others just can’t use “THE MOSQUITO MOB.”
Please let me know if you’re OK with this change, which I can make for you. A response from both you and Sean Clark is requested by May 24th. As there are two trademark owners, I will need the OK from each.
