ARGUMENT(S)
Dear Andrew, I'm the applicant that filed for the trademark on Sonoma seltzer you and I spoke on the phone sometime ago regarding the issues with the trademark and I appreciate your insight to why it was rejected due to geographical areas. I recently submitted a statement of use form and thought that was all I needed to apply and change this trademark to a supplemental trademark I was not aware I needed to go through this process to revive and or respond to the issues that were provided to me in the original rejection of the trademark. If you could please consider reviving The trademark so that I can convert it into a supplemental trademark that would be much appreciated as I've already filed for the statement of use and paid the appropriate fees per the USPTO website. Thank you Dave Herrera
