Dear Steve,

Can you please confirm that the application is to be held in the name of QRQINECT, INC., DBA SayMore, and that that is a Utah corporation?   The initial application had indicated that applicant was a Utah limited liability company, but “Inc.” indicates a corporation.

Very truly yours,

Laura

Dear Steven,

The above-referenced application has been returned to me upon post-publication review for further clarification of the mark description.  I propose the following amendments to the mark description: The mark consists of the green words "SAY MORE" next to a green heart design.  The color white represents background and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.

In addition, I see that you have filed further amendments to the owner of the mark, since the EA addressing the same.  Can you please confirm that the application is to be held in the name of QRQINECT, INC., DBA SayMore, and that that is a Utah corporation?

I am happy to make these changes by Examiner’s Amendment, if acceptable. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions or concerns you may have.

Very truly yours,

Laura
