I am currently examining the trademark application for the mark ALLEYOOP, Attny. Doc. # 16375.  No conflicting marks were found.  However, before the mark can proceed to publication, the Class 9 Id needs to be slightly modified.  I suggest the following if accurate:

 

Downloadable computer software and downloadable computer application software for use in connection with receiving food catering orders from individuals and businesses; downloadable computer software and computer application software for use in connection with placing and purchasing food catering orders with restaurants and other merchants, in International Class 9.

 

I can make this change through examiner’s amendment and then approve the mark for publication.  Promptly let me know if this is acceptable.
