Dear Mr. Wong,
I am the assigned trademark examining attorney for Trademark Application Serial No. 88318207 CITIZENS FOR RESPONSIBLE TRAILS. The application looks good, there is just one minor amendment we need to make before I can move the mark forward for publication.
We need to amend your identification and classification of services to conform to the Agency’s ID Manual. I have suggested the following amendment below:
“Promoting public awareness of safe bike and pedestrian trails in urban environments” in International Class 035
Please e-mail or call me back letting me know if you approve this amendment and I will issue an Examiner’s Amendment and move the application towards publication accordingly. If I do not hear from you by 5:00 PM EST, Friday, May 17, 2019, I will issue a formal Office Action with the requirements above.
If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to e-mail me or call me at (571) 270-7984.
All my best,
Kimberly C. Arriola
Examining Attorney
