To the Commissioner for Trademarks:

Application serial no. 88318063 FHS MAZZELLA HOIST & CRANE SERVICE (Stylized and/or with Design, see http://uspto.report/TM/88318063/mark.png) has been amended as follows:

CLASSIFICATION AND LISTING OF GOODS/SERVICES

Applicant hereby deletes the following class of goods/services from the application.
Class 006 for Metal cargo slings used for lifting a product and load securement, power operated cranes used for lifting a product and load securement; power operated crane devices used below the crane hook for lifting a product and load securement, namely, structural beams; cargo slings of rope or fabric used for lifting a product and load securement; hoists namely, electric or air operated, chain or wire hoists, light or heavy capacity hoists; conveyor systems; warehouse solutions; storage racking systems and fall restraint systems
