Hi Steve,

 

Just left you a VM on these as well.  I have the following marks:

 

88317836, EPIPYTOSOME

88317850, EPIGENCEUTICS

88317862, EPIPLANTASOME

 

For all three, they’re ready to be approved pending amendment of the ID.  All three have the following ID:

 

Dietary and nutritional supplements; herbal extracts used as ingredients in the manufacture of pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, food supplements and vitamins with or without anti-aging properties

 

Right now, the whole thing is in Class 1.  The supplements actually belong in Class 5, and the herbal extracts are properly classified in Class 1.  So the applicant can either add the second class or we can limit the ID to one or the other.  Since the marks are ITU, adding the class is easy.  You can pay the filing fee ($275) here:  http://teas.gov.uspto.report/office/pra/, and click “yes” for number 6.
