Hello Ms. Everhart,

Due to the due to the hand sketched or hand colored style of the lettering of the wording COOL CARDS THAT CARE, there is a bit of white in the letters.  In such case, you must eitheradd white to the color claim and specify in the description that the white appears in the letters or specify that the white is not part of the mark and represents background area.  If the following is accurate, please reply, authorizing me to add the following wording to the end of the description of the mark as follows.

Description of the Mark is amended to:

The mark consists of a red heart in between two red curved horizontal lines over the word "COOL" in purple capital letters over the word "CARDS" in purple capital letters all over the phrase "THAT CARE" in red capital letters all over the phrase "A Touch of Kindness on Every Card" in purple cursive letters. The white is not part of the mark and represents background area.

Thank you.

Sincerely,

Ellen Awrich
