Office Action (Official Letter) About Applicant’s Trademark Application

NON-RESPONSIVE SUBMISSION

Issue date:  March 04, 2020

 On December 16, 2019, applicant filed documents requesting a division of the applicants and an amendment to allege use and notifying the USPTO of a change in attorney representation. This correspondence concerns matters unrelated to the outstanding Office action dated September 26, 2019, and does not extend the response period for that Office action.  See TMEP §719.  Therefore, applicant must respond to the outstanding Office action within six months of the issue date of September 26, 2019, to avoid abandonment of the application.  Id.

Although the applicant filed several amendments the application, those amendments never addressed any of the issued listed in the previous Office action dated September 26, 2019. In order to avoid abandonment the applicant will need to respond to the substantive issues listed in the previous Office action in regard to the Class 30 goods. The issues listed in the previous Office action are as follows:
