Applicant wants to restrict the application to only three classes, namely classes 6, 9 and 45. Originally submitted specimens are already determined acceptable by the examiner for the amended three classes and Applicant herewith submits English translation for the applied for mark. Thus, Applicant believes all the outstanding issues will not be resolved and application will proceed to publication.
