APPLICATION HAS BEEN AMENDED: In accordance with the authorization granted by applicant’s attorney, Brendan P. McFeely, on 05/02/19, the trademark examining attorney has amended the application as indicated below. Please advise the undersigned immediately of any objections. Amendment of Identification/Classification of Goods
The identification of goods is amended to read as follows:
“Waterproofing chemical compositions in the nature of water repellent sprays; stain repellents in the nature of anti-stain sprays; in International Class 01; and
Handbags; tote bags; backpacks; in International Class 18; and
Socks; in International Class 25.” See TMEP §§1402.01, 1402.01(e).
