To the Commissioner for Trademarks:

Application serial no. 88308782 ENRG CLOUD(Standard Characters, see http://uspto.report/TM/88308782/mark.png) has been amended as follows:

CLASSIFICATION AND LISTING OF GOODS/SERVICES

Applicant hereby deletes the following class of goods/services from the application.
Class 019 for Thermally reactive building materials for use in new and existing construction, namely, phase change materials sold in flexible or rigid laminate rolls or substrates for installation to add thermal mass to building walls, ceilings, and roofs to reduce temperature fluctuations and increase energy efficiency of the structure

Applicant hereby adds the following class of goods/services to the application:
New: Class 017 (Original Class: 019 ) for Thermally reactive building materials for use in new and existing construction, namely, phase change thermal energy management materials sold in flexible or rigid laminate rolls or substrates for installation to add thermal mass to building walls, ceilings, and roofs to reduce temperature fluctuations and increase energy efficiency of the structure
