Subject: USPTO - U.S. Serial No. 88308444 - Your application for "VIRTUE" in Class 5
Dear Ms. White:
Following up on our phone call from yesterday, I just wanted to reiterate the suggested changes by Examiner’s Amendment in this application. Please see the suggested amendments to the identification of goods below, with changes made in bold and deletions
crossed through. I checked on the issue regarding whether it was necessary to include the wording “cosmetic” in the identification, and it is not.
Class 005: “Hair care treatments in the nature of medicated hair serums for preventing hair loss; Hair care treatments in the nature of medicinal preparations for stimulating hair growth; Medicated hair care preparations for the treatment of the scalp; Medicated nail care preparations and treatments in the nature of medicated nail care preparations for the strengthening and growth of nails and for the enhancement of nail health; Medicated eyelash care preparations and medicated eyelash treatment gel for enhancing eyelash growth and for enhancing eyelash health; Medicated eye brow preparations; and treatments in the nature of medicated serums and medicated creams for stimulating eyebrow hair growth and enhancement of eyebrow hair health; Vitamins for hair;
andNutrients in the nature of nutritional supplements for hair; Hair nutritional supplements to enhance hair health and hair growth; Medicated hair serums and medicated scalp treatment serums; Medicated hair care preparations and treatments, namely, medicated hair shampoos, medicated hair conditioners, medicated hair serums and medicinal oils for beard hair.”
If you authorize this change, I can make this by Examiner’s Amendment and move your application forward, assuming I find no other issues.
Best regards,
Travis
