EXAMINER’S AMENDMENT

 

 

Issue date:  November 07, 2019

 

 

USPTO database searched; no conflicting marks found.  The trademark examining attorney searched the USPTO database of registered and pending marks and found no conflicting marks that would bar registration under Trademark Act Section 2(d).  15 U.S.C. §1052(d); TMEP §704.02.

 

Application has been amended as shown below.  The trademark examining attorney is amending the application as follows.  No prior approval or authorization from applicant or applicant’s attorney is required.  TMEP §707.02.

 

AMENDMENT TO IDENTIFICATION OF GOODS AND SERVICES

 

The amended identification of services is unacceptable as it identifies services in multiple classes where all identified services belong in class 35.  The identification of services is amended to read as follows: 

 

 

International Class 35 - Professional staffing services; Consulting in the field of staffing and employment related services; Direct career and staffing placement services; Managed service provider, namely, management of client's hiring and on-boarding functions; Outbound recruiter, namely, employment recruiting services; Payroll services, namely payroll administration and management services; Employment staffing and recruiting services on a contract and contract-to-hire basis in the fields of health care, information technology, engineering, architecture, design, construction and professional services; Healthcare staffing and employment services
