In response to the substantive refusal(s), please note the following:

In the Priority Action dated May 6, 2019, the Examining Attorney requested information about the goods, which include the term "moonshine." Attached to this Response is information regarding Applicant's "moonshine" products. Applicant hereby states that all the goods identified in the application comply with all applicable federal laws and regulations, including 26 U.S. Code 5601, which prohibits the unlawful production of distilled spirits.
