I am writing to follow-up on my previous voice message concerning trademark application 88307399 GAZOO.  As mentioned, the identification of services is indefinite and overbroad and must be clarified to make certain the nature of the services provided.  I can suggest the following amendment to the identification, if accurate:

 

“Entertainment services, namely, providing a web site featuring information and recommendations on dramatic performances, musical videos, film clips and photographs” in International Class 041.
