Dear Mr. Bacal:
With regard to the above-referenced applications, I have reviewed the amended identifications of services and there is one entry that should be transferred from the ‘571 application to the ‘133 application. In particular, the ‘571 application includes “Business intelligence as a service” in Class 42. These services are properly classified in Class 35. I can do the transfer via examiner’s amendments. Please confirm that this is acceptable.
I apologize for not raising this issue in the first office action. Please let me know if you have any questions.
