Hi Kenton,
Sorry for the confusion. I assume that includes adding Class 35? If so, I can issue an Examiner's Amendment/Priority Action, with the Examiner's Amendment portion reflecting that you have agreed to all of my proposed changes from the Office Action (via your voicemail and this email discussion/authorization), and the Priority Action portion allowing you up to six months to pay for the additional class.
If that is accurate, please let me know and I will proceed accordingly.
Best,
Erin

hi Erin, the voice mail I originally left on your machine indicated the applicant merely wishes to accept the proposal of your office action. The applicant is not requesting a discussion. Per my September 4, 2019 2:39 PM message below, we are happy to talk per your proposal at your proposed time if indicated, too. Kindly, Kenton ________________________________________

Hi Kenton,
Could we try for 11:30am EST on Friday? And, feel free to send any specific questions/points of topic beforehand about the ID as that may better help me fully address issues/questions/concerns during the call.
Erin
