ARGUMENT(S)
In response to the substantive refusal(s), please note the following:

In response to the Office Action dated April 29, 2019, Applicant has amended the description of the mark and added a new color claim as requested by the Examining Attorney. Applicant believes the application is now in condition for allowance and requests that it be approved for publication. 

A Replacement of Attorney of Record with Another Already-Appointed Attorney form was filed in this application on October 23, 2019, to update the USPTO record to identify Jared M. Barrett as the current attorney of record. Although the USPTO record has not yet been updated, this Response has been prepared to identify Jared M. Barrett's year of bar admission date (2007), state of bar membership (Washington) and bar number (39495). It is respectfully requested that the previous attorney of record, Hayley J. Talbert, be removed from the record, and that Jared Barrett's information be added.
